After holidaying for a number of days in the Hobart region, we took the east-coast road to Sheffield - the town of Murals.

After a number of hours on the road, we were pleased to arrive at our accommodation. The area was lush and green, the weather being very windy and chilly that day.

We walked into the foyer/laundry room and were immediately taken by the size and facilities offered. Each time we looked in another room or rounded another corner, we were WOWed by the size, cleanliness, amenities and facilities offered.

The photos on their website don't do it justice. The views are so lovely. We happened to be looking out at new lambs at that time - such a delight!

The living area is spacious and open plan. You can easily work with another person in the kitchen without stepping on each other. There is a large walk-in pantry with handy plastic containers for use.

There were plenty of games, books and dvds available.

As stated earlier, it was cool outside; however, the ducted heating did a wonderful job of warming the house. For atmosphere, there is also a 'pretend fireplace' in the lounge area.

We were taken with the drying cupboard, which did a fabulous job of drying our clothes.

The beds were very comfortable with a side table, lamp and alarm clock for our convenience.

If you are looking for a rural setting with a town nearby, we thoroughly recommend Peace at Paradise, for any time of the year.
