Paradise Palms Resort is a favourite with local families who enjoy the great facilities for kids and Fifty-Nine restaurant.
We recently stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom apartment, which gave us extra time to enjoy these facilities.
My kids loved the jumping pillow, adventure playground, swimming pool and mini-golf. I loved the beautiful tropical gardens and delicious breakfast that was included in our package.
The resort itself was quiet and the apartment particularly spacious.
A note - the resort is best suited to families who plan to hire a car (the best way to access north Queensland anyway), as it is a short drive from the nearest beach and facilities.
However, the resort does offer a twice-daily shuttle bus to Palm Cove and local shops.
On occasion the resort offers babysitting in the evening to allow parents to enjoy dinner on their own. It is worth asking if this is available when you stay there.
